North played like a team desperate to scrape into the finals. Centrals played like a team too busy thinking about the Qualifying Final they have already booked. The Dogs were second to the ball for most of the day and showed none of the intensity of the week before. Perhaps the bog-like conditions made the contest unpredictable? Who would have thought lowly North and Norwood would pump likely Grand Finalists Centrals and Sturt in the same week?
